When i zoom up on videos then im done i want to watch my video. When i see the zooming up i cant hear the sound Is this how the camera is or what Because i want to zoom but i dont anymore because it doesnt put the sound on when it doe sit

Question : My Samsung SL202 won't start I need help
When I turn it on, it dings and turns back off. I think it has something to do with the fact that the lens is jammed, but I'm not sure. If you have any help or advice on what is wrong with it or how to fix it, please tell me I'm really upset, andI love this camera. *chuckle* that sounds obsessive. I accidentially dropped it in sand, but it was literally a 3 in drop.Also, if the last resort, I got it just this past June. Does anybody know when- or if- the warranty expires (if it has one)Thanks so much,£¥Meni£¥

It sounds like some sand may have gotten in the lens mechanism, jamming it.
