Question : How do you format a digital camera memory card with the computer
Recently purchased a Kodak EasyShare C330 and Dane-Elec 256mb memory card. After installing the memory card, I get a "Memory card is full" message. When I try to format the card with the camera, I get a "FILESYS ERROR e00100" message. I have read somewhere that you can attempt to format the card through your computer. However, I don't know how to do this. Any advice Thanks in advance.
Answer:
Always format the card with the camera. Consult your owners manual. If that doesn't help contact the manufacturer directly.P.S. It is the correct card right

Question : Formatting SD memory card to Kodak C533
So I have a new 1 GB memory card that I purchased for my camera (Kodak EasyShare C533) but it would not format for some reason. It keeps saying unable to format when I try to format it. Can someone help
Answer:
I'm not sure why you can't format the card. Other than following your user guide and making sure you are not in 'internal' memory mode...also make sure the card is not locked. Check the side of the card to see if the 'switch' is in the lock position. If it is, flip it the other way.Other than that, I see no reason why the card will not format. You may have to return it.good luck...
