Question : I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 and my flash stopped working. What happened
I've had my camera for about a year and a half now and the flash just stopped working. I was taking a picture with flash and I felt something weird in the camera, almost like I felt something "grinding" inside and the flash didn't go off, so I tried again and it worked that time, but then it completely stopped working after that.What might have happenedCan I fix this myselfIf not, where can I get something like that fixed

i would not try and fix it yourself. If it's been a year and a half, it might be out of warranty. Take it to a camera shop and have it serviced. Just know that it might be worth more than the camera.

Question : I bought a new Panasonic DMC-FZ7 Camera and my card reader won't read the SD card
I have re-formatted on camera, nothing. I have re-formatted on computer, nothing. It is a 256 mb card. My daughter has a camera with the same size card, which my card reader reads, so I know there is nothing wrong with the reader itself. I have also used my daughters card in the new camera and it will record onto the card in the new camera, and read fine. This is actually the second new Panasonic I have bought. When I took it back and told him of my problems he told me that it was probably just a faulty card. Now I'm not so sure. Any answers, thanks

I would agree that it is a faulty card.Maybe Panasonic made a bad batch.Take it back and get him to replace the Panasonic card with another make of card ie: Scandisk.
