Question : I need a good digital camera for some advanced stop motion...any suggestions
I need a digital camera that takes pictures as quickly as I hit the button. All of the ones I have had experience with take a couple of secs. to make a sound and display an image. I just want something like my old film cameras that lets me waste a roll in a 15-30 seconds. I want to slam a gigs worth of memory in picture format, on a digital camera, very quickly, so the actors don't have to stay in position so long. I do this for fun...actors = family members, and friends. So do you have any suggestions on which brands, or a specific camera does just that High quality images in an instant

Question : I have a Soni Cybershot digital camera. How do I get it to take instant photos.
It seems to be stuck on taking delayed photos, this is a nuisance when taking action photos.

Not being familiar with that particular camera, I will try to help. Make sure the self timer is not turned on. Secondly, so called DSLR cameras and any that use a viewing screen system, rather than looking through the lens, as with an SLR, or optical view finder, do have a known shutter delay period, due to the time it takes the system to write the image from the sensor to the screen. Currently there is no fix for that and it was just a bad choice in cameras.
