Question : dig. camera doesnt work
i have a 735 hp photosmart dig camera and it got wet and now it doesnt work , does anybody know how to fix it or is it worth it to fix it or do i need to throw it out. it was turned off when it got wet.

Answer:
Powering up the camera with any internal moisture still present may lead to shorts. Open all doors, and let it sit at least a week (maybe longer) to ensure all internal moisture has dried. Some also say to gently warm it on low with a hair dryer. But others say this may damage the camera. Personally don't see any problem, especially if you make sure it doesn't get hot. The warm air circulating through the open doors should help in drying.

Question : How much should I sell my digital cam for
It's an hp photosmart 735, bought about 4 years ago, for $200. It's in good working condition and everything, I just want to update. Not sure how much depreciation it has though, cause of advancements in technology and so forth. I'm planning on putting it up for sale on Craig's list. Thanks for any help. It's a 3.2 MP, with 5.0 digital zoom, and 3.0 optical. It records video with sound, but only 30 secs. It has a 1.5 inch viewing screen. The reason I'm really confused is because I just saw the same model on Amazon.com (new of course) but it was $249. This camera has the same exact stuff mine has. Why so much

Answer:
It's maybe worth $50.Consider giving it away.Digicams have come a long way in 4 years.
