Question : What's wrong with my digital camera
I have an HP Photosmart 318 that I purchased used about 2-3 years ago and haven't used it pretty much since then because I got a Kodak Easyshare right after then (Which works amazingly awesome btw) Anyway, my Photosmart is giving me issues. I just bought brand new rechargable batteries and after taking only about 5 pictures, it starts giving me an error message "Error 108" and all subsequent pictures come out with horrible zig zag lines on them. I emptied the CF card thinking maybe the error had to do with that somehow, I recharged the batteries, nothing is helping. Has anyone had this problem and successfully resolved it Please help
Answer:
This error is caused by Lens motor is stuck at bottom of lens module, you can try a 24hr reset, turn on the camera, remove the batteries, leave for 24hrs, reinsert the batteries, turn on the camera, if doesnt work then the camera will need to be serviced
