Question : Help Needed - Digital Camera Fault
Hello all, just wondering if anyone could shine some light on a problem with my digital camera.I have an Kodak Easyshare CX7525 5mp digital camera, and up until yesterday it was working fine, but now when I turn the dial at the top to the on/camera function, all that happens is the LCD display comes on, and the LED lights flash, then it turns itself off. The same happens with any of the dial functions.I have tried this several times, but the same thing keeps happening.I have also replaced the batteries, but no luck.Would anyone know what the problem or fault maybeThanks for looking
Answer:
Are you still using alkaline batteries If so, alkaline batteries just don't have the power for more than a few pics in a digital camera. Some may even have problems just powering startup of the camera. Digital cameras for the most part should only be used with rechargeable NiMH batteries. Walmart sells these for around $7 for a package of four (about $15-19 for the batteries with charger). Keep in mind they'll save you big bucks in the long run over alkalines, AND they'll last for at least 100 pictures per charge (and probably many many more). You'll be very pleased with their performance, and may slap yourself for not buying them sooner. When at the store, look on the package for a power rating of at least 2500 mah.

Question : (Kodak Camera C713)Why when I try to record a video it appears dark, but when I switch to picture it brightens
Its a kodak camera c713. I want to record videos on it at night in the house, but the camera records it dark. When I switch it to picture it brightens on the lcd. And no, its not because of the flash. I don't know whats wrong, I just might replace it.
Answer:
By design, video is shot at 30 fps or at low res, 15 fps.If the light is too low, even with the aperture wide open at 1/30th second there may not be enough light. When shooting still images, the camera can set the shutter speed to as low as 1 second in some cases ... plenty of exposure time to get a properly exposed image.
