Question : Need help making part of picture black and white and other part color for panasonic lumix tz4
im trying to figure out how to make only the main focus of a picture color while the rest remains black and white. I have a lumix tz4 and if you could help me at all that would be great

download picasa 3 from google 4 free http://picasa.google.com/then go 2 select your picture and click on effects, you'll want to use focal black and white

Question : which is the best to get
I'm looking for a camera for my girlfriend for christmas...mainly it would be for just taking pictures of friends and when we travel occasionally, nothing too high tech and super expensive.So far I've come up with the Canon PowerShot SD1100IS, The Sony CyberShot W120, Nikon Coolpix s550(black), or the panasonic Lumix TZ4. Any suggestions or ideas to help me narrow it down would be greatly appreciated. Like i said i dont want to go to high in price and want it to look stylish for her
