The picture quality is less when prints are taken
I purchased this camera as I got a good deal on Amazon.com. But the picture quality is not good when prints are taken. Especially when printing indoor pictures. I decided to return and got a Sony cybershot

Incredible
This camera has to be real good for me to be on here writing a review the very first day i got it. It has so many easy touch buttons on it that i didn't really need to read the manual. I got it right out of the box, hooked up the battery and the 512 MB scan disc and went staright to testing mode while charging at the same time. The zoom is incredible, the video was so clear that i actually thought of making a 15 min movie. It has different modes that you can set it to. It has a red eye remover button right there on the camera. Easy to set straight to the printer and mail out to friend.
I noticed the self-timer button and took pictures of my family with me included.
The best thing is that everything is just so easily displayed and one doesn't need a manual to start getting the work done.
What a performance. Hopefully i'll keep it for years.
Let me go back to stalking my Hp camera.

Question : Hewlett Packard Photosmart Mz67 is it a good camera??
i'm looking for a camera to take quality pictures and motion pictures such as horses jumping. is it s good camera to bring amazing quality? if not what is? i was thinking of the Canon PowerShot SX100. how do i turn off the digital zoom on both of the cameras? because i have both camera at my hands to buy. all i want to know is which one has the better picture quaility and best quaility of motion pictures such as horses jumping. i think the Canon PowerShot SX100 sucks at flash pictures, but i can always return it for another one if i don't like it :) so how do i turn the digital zoom off and which one's better
Answer:
SX100 IS is better because it has Av, Tv and M mode. Tv mode will be useful for sport photography. All point and shoot digital cameras have some shutter lag. When you try to shoot the horse jumping, pre-focus (half press the shutter button) on something which the horse is going to jump over first. Press the shutter button all the way when you the horse jumps. You may need to practice a couple of times to get the right timing.

Answer:
I guess it depends on what you plan to do with the camera and what kind of pictures you want to take. HP makes pretty decent printers and if you can get a sample shot printed from it prior to purchase depending on your satisfaction with the quality of the print that should be your main decision maker on that scale. Also be aware that if you're going to be say, printing a book a photo printer isn't the best choice because the quality is definitely inferior on that level. As for HP cameras I've never had any personal luck with them. As the previous poster stated HP camera's are 'ok' but for true quality I'd look at another brand. I'm a very big fan of Canons, but Nikons are also solid pieces of machinery, along with the sonys, in terms of reliable picture quality and satisfaction.

Question : I'm looking for an instruction manuel for a hewlett packard camera. model 618?
have no instruction manuel for a model 618 hp digital camera. I'd like to find the web site where I could order one, the flash is not working. Not having the manuel, I can't find in the menu where the flash might be turned off.
Answer:
good luck. they never made an instruction manual so you'll be looking a long time. HP began outsourcing their camera manual writing at the time the 618 was produced. The first manual was written in Hindi and Farsi but not in English (I assume you're an English speaker? ) By the time HP rectified the problem using their Farsi translation software the camera was already obsolete and defective. There has been a class action lawsuit filed in Hosuton Superior Court over this issue and the Judge is considering placing a moratorium and injunction on future HP products
