Questions & Answers
Question : I got a big Kodak digital camera, and after every photo I take it says?
"processing. . ." and it takes a long time. Why does it do this? My smaller digital kodak camera is quick and doesnt stop to pocess anything. When I'm taking my photography photos I don't like to wait 30 seconds between each snapshot. Can I fix this?

Answer:
Normal advice here - Read the manual. If you do not even know what your camera is then there could be a bit of trouble though. The size of the file will make a difference as will the speed of the card it is dumping to.If your "big Kodak Digital camera" is shooting in RAW format then the files will take longer to dump to the card but it should not be taking 30 seconds even with an old and slow card.Shooting jpegs in a lower resolution will speed things up but you are sacrificing quality for speed. Mind you I doubt you will notice anyway.

Question : How do I create a photo and save it on the memory card for Kodak digital camera?
I have a Kodak digital easyshare camera and wanted to edit some photos and then print them at a local Kodak photo machine but am unsure how to load the edited photos back onto the memory card.

Answer:
Many computers today are equipped with card readers. If your isn't, simply buy one at a store where cameras are sold. They're very reasonable and easy to use.Windows will see your reader as a drive. Then simply copy / paste your files onto the card and you're done.

Question : how long can you record on kodak digital camera?
when i record on my digital kodak camera i can only record for 22 secs and i want to record for more longer can someone please help me .

Answer:
It depends on your camera model and your memory card.22 seconds is so short, you must be recording to the internal memory. The M1063 (for example) quotes a maximum of 80 minutes depending on card.

Question : How can I made a photo from a certain video scene that was taken from my Kodak digital camera?
I accidentally made a video instead of a photo with my Kodak digital camera. The video came out great but I just wanted a single photo. How can I extract a photo from a video?

Answer:
If you use VLC Player, you can pause the video at the point you want for a photo, right click on the screen and select screenshot. It should save it in your My Pictures folder.

Question : Can anyone help me with my new Kodak digital camera?
I just got a new Kodak digital camera for Christmas so I was just messing around and decided to try it out. I installed the software that came in the box (disk) and uploaded a few pictures. But when I went back for the second time I can't remember how I uploaded the pictures in the first place. I'm extremely challenged when it comes to electronics. Can anyone help me please???? ((my camera IS plugged into my laptop but it's not showing any signs of it being plugged in...))

Answer:
turn on the camera?

Question : do you have to buy a memory card for a kodak digital camera?
I am buying a kodak digital camera.I am new at this do i buy film or memory card? i am buying on line and it don't say please help, thank you.

Answer:
Digital cameras do not use film. You will most likely have to buy a memory card. Some digital cameras can store your pictures in the camera but even those usually work best with a memory card. Just like you need the buy the right type of film for a film camera (I.E. 35mm, APS, 110) you need the right kind of card. Most consumer digital cameras by Kodak use a SDHC cards (sometimes known simply as SD cards) Some use Micro SDHC. On Kodak's website the type of card the camera takes is listed under: Product Features>>>Standard Features>>>Storage which can be found in the "specifications" tab. Alternately, look at the accessories tab and see which type of card they list. (I wouldn't reccomend the Kodak brand cards though...)

Question : What are the best rechargable batteries for a Kodak digital camera?
I have a Kodak Easyshare digital camera, 9.2 mega pixels. I have only had it for about a week and have been using normal alkaline AA batteries. They burn out super quickly!About rechargable batteries, can you tell me more about them? Like how much they are, how much money the chargers are, etc.? thanks!

Answer:
Try using AA lithium batteries.

Question : How can I get a clearer picture on my Kodak digital camera?
I have a P850 Kodak digital camera and I can't get close up pictures ( of flowers, animals etc..) to be very clear. Any suggestions?

Answer:
well if you have the 24-140 lens than your minimum focusing distance is 2.0 - 20.4 inches in macro focusing range according the datasheet online i found for this camera.if you are staying within those limits and have the lens or camera set to macro it should be in focus. if not try using a tripod to keep the camera steady alot of times its you moving and you don't realize it. if not staying within 2.0-20.4 inches of your subject and you need to get further or closer try close up filters wich any decent camera store should sell and carry. or try buying a macro lens which only does macro. lmk if these solutions don't help- i love helping solve camera problems like this.

Question : Can a Kodak digital camera record footage from a TV?
I want to plug my Kodak camera into my TV so it can record video game footage. Does anyone know if this works? If anyone has done this before please assist me! I appreciate it!

Answer:
It might. You might have better results if you just buy a video capture card for your computer. It will be a lot cheaper too.
