10.0 MP Digital Camera with 3.0-Inch LCD Display
Customer Review :
Good camera
I got this camera for my 14 year old and other than the fact it's a little slow to take pictures, it is great! Love the picture quality and display!

Pretty Good
Camera works well..nice big screen..much like most other cameras today..the only complaint I have is that there is no button for video..you have to go into the menu to switch to video mode. This isn't convenient for a kid (although they are probably better at figuring these things out that adults), but it's also just not convenient. Other than that, the camera is good, especially for the price.

Teenage Daughter Loves it!
I bought this camera for my 14yr old daughter and had it shipped to California for her Christmas present. She loves it! It is easy to use and she likes the big LCD display. I liked the price because my daughter is known to lose things. But she likes it so much she hasn't lost it yet. I would highly recommend it to someone who wants a small inexpensive easy to use Camera. I ordered the orange caselogic ultra compact case with storage and a sd card to make a total package and my daughter is in digital photo heaven! Plus KUDOs to Amazon, the items shipped quickly and without any errors and well before Christmas day... Loved the whole experience!

Could not delete photos
I bought this camera for my boyfriend, but wanted to try it out before giving it to him. The level of functionality would be good for him--some functions but not too many, and easy to navigate through them. All the buttons seem to make sense. The screen is clear and large. The camera looks really cool. I haven't uploaded any photos yet to see how they look on my computer. The battery charger is kind of weird, and I don't like it as much as my Canon one. For 1/4 of the price of my Canon, I can get over that though.
My only big problem is that I can't delete photos! Following the instructions in the manual does not delete them. I'm sending the camera back, but I'm planning to reorder it, hoping this is just a problem with this individual camera.

Great value camera..
Got this camera for my daughter as this met her requirements... sleek, good color,3 inch lcd, not pricey.I would rate the picture quality close to my canon SD110. Don't need to think twice if need one for your kids. Highly recommend.

old school gameboy size camera
I bought this camera about a couple of months ago, I didnt expect it to be so huge when i opened the box for it, but I put its size in the back of my mind and tried it out anyways, I am a bar hopping kind of person, this thing is way to bulky for the back of my pocket and people were asking me if my camera was from the 80's.
I like the fact that it has a built in printer but like people have said before me the size of this camera is way to big. It remains in the house for whenever we have house parties and I use it indoors for that mainly now.

Not ideal for printing a vast quantity of photos at one time. It tends to overheat and then won't print out for up to 2 minutes. The pictures are also very small, good thing is you can take horizontal or vertical pictures. Not at all what I expected.

Great Camera!
I wanted a good camera for pictures to take of my grandson! I love it and I can even print some pictures off for his mom to take home when we catch him doing funny stuff! I wish it printed bigger pictures but the picture quality is great!

All around great camera !
I have not run into some of the problems the others have complained about... where else can you have digitial - video - instant print for one low price..... I think the ones complaining about it must work for the other guys....... anyway I really like everything about it..... works well.... lots of choices ...... easy to operate IF you read the manuel......... sounds like some haven't....

Ahead of its time - Initially a Big Technogadget Bang but now a sizzle?....
I have been using various Polaroid cameras for years to support geology fieldwork. It's great to be able to take pictures in the field, print, and stick them directly in one's field notebook. I started with the "teenie" I-Zone Camera but moved to the Olympus/Polaroid Camedia C-211. The latter might have been the first and only digital camera that included a built-in Polaroid picture developer. I saw both the I-Zone and the Camedia become obsolete when Polaroid announced it would discontinue the production of film. Hence, I was elated to hear about the Zink-Polaroid Pogo Camera. For what I do it is perfect. It is MUCH smaller than the C-211 and the pictures are of much better quality. However, as noted elsewhere among these reviews, the camera is a "bare-back" minimal camera - no zoom, two settings (close-up and landscape), and very little battery life (I got about 3 hours out of mine). I have had issues getting focused images out of the "close-up function" - it's little improved from the point and click I-zone in this regard.
If you are a scientist or engineer in need of a convenient in-the-field-prints camera this is the best it gets - however, don't expect a sleek, small, fast, high-resolution, great zoom piece of art. It is not.
I am generally surprised to see how little advertisement I have seen for this camera. Most people have never heard of it and alarmingly, the originally flashy sales setups that appeared when it first came out have all disappeared. Indeed, two of the major retailers here in North Carolina who slated to sell the camera no longer do (although they still sell the individual printer). I suspect this camera might either be followed up by a MUCH more advanced version soon OR will be discontinued.
I would opt for the printer-only version of this gadget (a quarter the price of the camera+printer) at this point and wait for the Pogo 2.0 - assuming there will ever be one.

New out of box, won't power on all the time.
I purchased this from Amazon (via Tigerdirect) for my wife for her birthday. It was brand new, and she took it to a graduation to test it out and take pics. The first day of use it started having problems, it would not power on with the button, it would require a battery pull in order to get it to work. It was very inconsistent in operation. I guess you get what you pay for. I'm returning it to Tigerdirect and getting a better model.

Poloroid I1036 Digital Camera--Bang For The Buck!
I waited too long to replace the old Fuji 1.5 mega pixel camera I bought in Japan in 1999 for $99. The Polaroid I-1036 is far cheaper but it was worth waiting for. It's amazing how far the technology has come in just 10 years and how small, powerful and reliable they can make these things. The Polaroid I1036 is very small but has a lot of power and capability packed into its tiny frame. Its functions are simple and even menu navigation is simple on it. It's controls and indicators are very logically arranged so the average person could operate it without even reading the manual. In auto mode it shines. It quickly adjusts settings and quickly processes the picture so you may take another. All the enhancements and features that have been developed over the last 15 years in digital cameras seem to be there. It will record video with audio and saves it to an SD high capacity card as a .Wmv file, so it `s video format can be uploaded to YouTube or LiveLeak.. I also bought a small Polaroid Zink PoGo printer that connects easily to any camera and prints very good small photos. This Polaroid camera is feature packed, high resolution, takes great videos and seems reliable and rugged. The kind of camera you keep in your car or take with you to record anything worth taking a picture or video of!

This Polaroid camera is a beaut!
I was looking for a pocket-sized camera to replace a larger camera which, I was told, would cost $250 to repair due to a faulty battery pack. Came across this Polaroid i1036, compared it with other similar cameras, and decided that this was a great buy. When received, I put it through all the paces, testing it under all sorts of conditions which had given me problems with previous digital cameras; it passed all the tests. It starts up very speedily; it takes pictures without any delay; the functions are easy to understand; it's hard to believe that such a great camera could be manufactured at this price! I love that I'm able to toss it into my trousers pocket (or even in the pocket of my jacket) and take it with me wherever I go. The only problem I have is that, as a 6 footer, my hands are rather larger, which means that my big fingers have a tendency to miss the "on" button; but I can live with that mini-problem. Probably I'll eventually catch on concerning how to turn it on properly. Certainly 10 megapixels are more, more than I'll likely ever need.

great bargain
Great deal for the money when compared to the Nikon Cool Pix touch screen. More bang for your buck with this camera, it can perform as good or better than most compairable brands.

Great Camera!
My Mom got me this for Valentine's Day. I'd been using an 8.2 Megapixle Kodak Easy Share M853 that I got for Christmas 2007. The difference is amazing! I love the touch screen, the photo options are incredible and you can even draw on the photos, add frames and other fun stuff. The picture quality is amazing. I was starting to notice some grain in my old camera in bad lighting, but this Polaroid catches great shots. The flash isn't even over bearing. I definitely recommend this as an easy to use, but great quality camera.
I got mine in purple, and the color is really good. Doesn't scrape off or anything. :)

Polariod i832
I've had this camera a few years now, just ordered a new one here on Amazon and out of curiosity looked up my old one on here.
It has been a good camera, and still works. I'll second the review about the battery cover. I had the camera replaced once for it, but the second one did the same thing. The pressure of the batteries in the compartment bows out and cracks the battery door, and the cracks keep expanding with use to make it fall apart. Now I have tape holding the door together, and tin foil to complete the circuit on the batteries.
Photo wise the images were good. I can't go into technical detail, but it was satisfactory for normal use. I did attempt to photograph things like the moon with no luck, it's automatic settings were unable to compensate for that it seemed, or I did not know what settings to use. Also it has no compensation for shaking or movement, a lot of photos are blurry. Taking photos indoors is annoying, with the flash on it is too bright and you have reflections, with it off there is no way you can hold it sill enough to get a clear image without a tripod.
I would not recommended this camera for the battery door only. You have to use it a lot to access the SD card. (My computer has a reader built in, and I use it, so I needed to open/ close the door frequently.) If Polaroid had not skimped on quality in this area it would last much longer, and be a good, small, point and shoot camera.

polaroid digital camera
I purchased this camera almost one year ago so this an informed review. The pictures this camera takes can't be matched for the price. The features and ease of use are also outstanding. By this time you are probably wondering why only 3 stars. Well, I am about to send the camera back for the second time. The battery cover is made of a soft and flimsy plastic. Since the camera runs through regular AA batteries and the SD card is also in the battery compartment, it gets a lot of use and subsequently breaks relatively easily. If you can put up with the pain of sending it back, the service has been great. But if for no other reason than that stupid little cover, I probably wouldn't buy this camera again.

Polaroid i832
A must buy for the picture taker! For its low price, you get a high resolution and a user friendly camera. The only problems I have are the indoor shots, which require precise aim and control to reduce blur, and the automatic focus. I like to focus my pix by myself.

Questions & Answers
Question : Which polaroid digital camera would be be better for me?
My Polaroid i533 was stolen yesterday. It had 5.0 Megapixels. To replace it, there are 6 and 7 megapixels by Polaroid out there. Are they really that much better quality pictures? I do a lot of cropping and editing on pictures and did sometimes get the warning that they did not recommend the print size that I had chosen. Would a 6 or 7 improve that?
Answer:
Well i have a Poloroid too!! But since you do editing you should DEFENETLY get the 7 megapixels. It is a WHOLE lot better for that stuff.

Question : Why is my digital polaroid camera making all my pictures..?
PINK!!!I have a polaroid camera and i dont know the type but its one of the pink ones that was about $150 and the money goes to help breast cancer. Well when i first got my camera i thought it worked really good but now its making all my pictures have a pink-ish glow. And im not kidding. Is the pink reflecting off of my camera or something? Like idk what to do and i just feel like saving up to buy a new one. what are some good digital cameras that take good qaulity pictures in the daytime and at night?
Answer:
Well I'm not very versed into giving to charities but here's my take.IF you find that it's your camera and nothing you did or didn't do why not just buy the camera and charities do separately. My list of very good brands are Fuji, Sony, Canon and Nikon. Notice I didn't include Polaroid.Consider Canon A630. 4X optical zoom 8 megapixels. Has manual controls in addition to auto, will give you excellent 8X10 print.According to Website dpreview.com Circuit City has it for $212-Also consider Canon A570IS, $171 at Beach Camera and Canon A550 $140 at Beach Camera.

Question : Anyone have this problem with Polaroid Digital Camera?
I have a Polaroid i531 digital camera. Lately I have noticed that once I power off my camera, I am no longer able to view pictures that I had taken.Instead, I get a black screen that says "no image." I've made sure my memory card is placed securely in it's place. When I place the memory card into my computer, I am able to view the pictures, but not from the camera itself. Any ideas?
Answer:
camera getting faultyat least you can get them off the card for nowif under warranty make a claim, it was a really cheap camera, so no point paying to repair
