Question : How can I take professional looking photos with a basic Samsung digital camera?
My daughter is 6 months old and we have her pictures taken every 3 months...basically i'm tired of paying to have them done so I would love to take and learn how to make my pictures look professional with my digital camera!
Answer:
1] Get to know what your camera is capable of doing, so experiment a lot.2] If you must use the flash, place a piece of tissue paper over it to diffuse it. Hold it in place by some blu tack.3] Use a plain background. A bedsheet etc will do.4] Put the camera on a tripod and use a remote (if available) release.5] If using natural light, get a reflector to add additional light onto the subject. A cheap one will be one of those sun reflectors you put on your car dashboard.6] Download some free software to assist in editing your pics, like sharpening, cropping, soft focus etc.7] Dont take pics to close to the subject. Stand back a bit and zoom in.Hope this helps.

Question : What memory card is needed for a Samsung L200 digital camera?
I have a san disk 256 mg, would that work with a samsung camera?
Answer:
This camera uses an SD memory card, you don't say what type of memory card your San Disk card is so I can't tell you if it will work or not.If it's a small, thin rectangle and says 'SD' on the bottom left then it will work with your camera. If its a square and says 'CF' then it will not work.Hope this helps.Thomas

Question : Does anyone know how to delete a video clip on a Samsung digital camera?
Please help me. I have to make a video project and I have no idea how to delete a video clip on a samsung digital camera. It says that delete is not an option. And it wont let me delete a video clip. and it wont let me record over it.
Answer:
you have either inadvertently protected the file , and this will be removed by selecting and unprotecting, or it is read-only on the file itself , in which case you will need to right click on your computer , and properties , and unmark the read-only selection then deleting using your computer.

Question : How long did/has your samsung digital camera last/lasted?
I have an ES55 samsung camera which is refusing to turn on. Anyone else had any problems with their products? This is my first samsung product and so far I am not impressd with the quality. Previously I had a ACER camera which lasted 4 years whereas this one lasted 9 months. Thanks
Answer:
Things to check first for a camera that won't turn on are battery contact points, and micro switches that are located on the battery and memory card doors. Troubleshooting tips on other things that need to be checked may be seen here. These tips won't work for every case, but they're worth a try.http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/11/simple-fix-for-dead-cameras-that-wont.html

Question : Samsung digital camera, what am I doing wrong?
I just bought a samsung ES55 digital camera and I can only seem to store 19 pictures on the actual camera. I don't have a memory card in it but can buy and put one in if needs be. I have reduced the quality of the pics I am taking and put everything that could take up memory to the lowest possible setting. Is this normal because I can't believe for an £80 camera you would only store 19 pics???? Does this mean a memory card is essential for use?
Answer:
You're not doing anything wrong. The internal memory is very small.Yes you'll want / need a memory card. It will store far more than the internal.By the way, read your owner's manual to learn what size and style of card you need and your camera will support before you go buy.
