The SANYO Xacti VPC-S770 sophisticated design allows you to take it just about anywhere. Captured images are easily viewed on the camera's large 2.4 inch LCD display. This camera features a digital image stabilizer for less blur in your photos and red-eye removal. It also has a self-mirror feature so you can take self-portraits. Simple and easy to operate, lightweight and fits in your handbag or small purse. It is a Sanyo and even though this camera is just a 7.0 Mpix camera the photographs are high quality. I love sending these photos over the internet because the pictures keep that quality. You would love this product.

Answer:
Use the USB Transfer cable that came with your camera. After you connect the cord to the camera & computer Windows will automatically detect just follow the instructions and save them where you would like to access them. You must have the power on the camera for the computer to detect new hardware. Also read your manual and use the CD if you got one.If you do not have a cord refer to you manual. Does it use a memory card?You can get a card reader from any electronics store and accomplish this as well.This is really easy after the first time.

Question : Why is the screen on my Sanyo digital camera white with a black spot in it?
I just bought this camera 32 days ago. My daughter was using it at school to take pictures. She finished her pictures, took the card out, downloaded the pictures onto the comptuer, put the card back into the camera, and then turned it back on. The screen is now totally white with a black spot in the middle. Sanyo says that is cosmetic damage, so it is not covered. Couldn't the screen just have went out and wouldn't that be an internal problem?

Here's a test you should try on the camera screen.*Gently and slowly* rub your finger nail on the screen. Does it chage colors or intensities?Does it look anything like these images?http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&um=1&sa=1&q=broken+lcd+screen+camera&aq=f&oq=&aqi=&star t=0If so, the screen is an unprotected LCD which is very fragile and much more prone to breaking. If it feels hard like a clear sheet of plastic or glass, then it probably didn't break, it is most likely an electronic problem.Many Kodak point and shoot cameras like the C743 were very prone to broken LCD's ( I have 2 that broke). They were so common that ebay vendors made an industry out of selling replacement screens. Do an ebay search for C743 LCD screens. The Sanyo might have the same vulnerability. If it is indeed broken and Sanyo won't fix it under warranty, you'll have to get an estimate for repair and decide whether or not you want to repair it or get another camera (my guess is that it won't be a Sanyo).

Congratulations for intending to read the manual, so many people never bother and then wonder why their photos don't turn out!!!Did you try the Sanyo website? All the major manufacturers allow you to download user manuals in pdf format, hopefully Sanyo does, too.If you can't find one, don't worry too much. It is only a very small P&S camera with not much to it. Just play with the menus and the buttons, but at the same time start learning about photography. Also look at other manuals, they will explain many of the concepts and even the symbols used on the camera.

If not... what type of memory card would I have to get? Like a certain brand or something? Do only Sanyo memory cards (if there are any) work in sanyo cameras?

i'm looking online at walmart and they're showing sanyo, sony, cannon,samsung.i'm looking to spend under 100 lol yea kinda cheap but they're running like 85 to 99 so still kinda high but which one is best?

In the under $100 it is a good deal. Also visit your Walmart. Thet have a case with returned camera's. They all work and have a warranty and you have 30 days to return it.You may find something bettor there. At my walmart they had a Sanyo in the return case for $50.

Question : How long does a sanyo digital camera stay charged?
I just got a new digital camera and it doesn't say in the manual how long it stays charged. It's a E1075 Sanyo digital camera. thanks.
Answer:
The batteries will last 8-12 weeks if left turned off, sometimes longer. Under regular casual use the batteries will last long enough to take roughly 3000 pictures, less if you use video or look at the pictures on your camera a lot.
